Most of our products are custom made for you, or shipped from overseas. This keeps us from being able to refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. So, make sure to check size charts and shipping times before placing an order.
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Claims for defective or damaged items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received, together with clear photos of damaged or defective goods. All claims must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense, including reshipment.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
Insufficient Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once you have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
