Return & Refund Policy
All return claims must be made within 15 days of shipment delivery.
Full refunds, included shipping costs when applicable, are available for all items defective from manufacturing.
Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
GOOD PUPPY physical behavioral tools and books in perfect condition, including packaging, are returnable and refundable, minus shipping costs. All free shipping is void on returns and will be deducted from refunds.
ANGEL CALLER Jewelry in perfect condition, including packaging, is returnable and refundable, minus shipping costs. All free shipping is void on returns and will be deducted from refunds.
All tee-shirts, apparel, bedding and fine art prints are created on demand and are only returnable if defective from manufacturing.
Claims for Defective Items must be submitted within 15 days of delivery of the product, together with clear photos of defective goods. All claims must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims deemed a manufacturing defect will be replaced at our expense, including shipment or reshipment when applicable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. You must email us about the return within 15 days of receipt of your order, at email@example.com.
Once your return is approved by email, you may ship the item to the address below. As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you and provide you with your store credit or refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) First check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Claims for Packages Lost In Transit must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
Insufficient Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once you have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
